Class is suitable for ALL.

Enjoy the wonderful benefits of a Pilates class, strengthening & stretching the body but with the comfort & support of a chair. Along with helpful tips to take some of the exercises to your own home, helping you to gain confidence in class & in day to day life.

I’d like take a moment to thank everyone over the past 9 years who have supported Wednesday evenings yoga class.
As a group we have supported, cared for & celebrated each other throughout the years.
From celebrating marriages, becoming mothers, fathers, grandparents, new jobs, your children’s achievements, to covid times, zoom, deaths, divorces, new relationships, going travelling, passing driving tests, off to university & everything in between.

You all coming to class & supporting me & my business has me humbled, grateful & truly honoured that through the years you have chosen me to be your teacher.
