Before and immediately after the neostrata retinol skin peel

This peel is an advanced peel suitable for most skin types but is particularly effective on ageing and acne prone skin,

This peel is left on for 8 hours and washed off in the comfort of your own house,

You will have noticable peeling with this peel, skin can become red and last up to 7 days, so isnt ideal if to book if you have an event coming up in the next few weeks

My goal today!

I'm pretty shocking at drinking water recently and have to make a real effort to try! My new aim Is around 2 litres a day, this will have an impact on my skin health!

Why is this?

Drinking an adequate amount of water a day is essential for overall good health, this is because water aids digestion, circulation, absorption and even excretion, so why does drinking large amounts of water give you better healthier skin?

Well your skin is an organ just like any other organ in the body! It is made up of cells, these cells like any other cells in the body are made up of water, with out this water your organs can not function properly,

If your skin isnt getting sufficient water, the lack of hydration will present itself by turning your skin dry, flaky and even dull looking.
Dry skin also has less resilience and more prone to wrinkles.

The unfortunate truth about drinking water and your skin is that the water will reach all your other organs before it reaches your skin

Therefore it is important to apply water to your skin and keep it there!!
