Hi, I’m Jane Bellis from Mojo School, and I help women understand the connection between burnout, anxiety, emotional overload, and overthinking.

Now here’s what many women don’t realise…

Overthinking often increases when the nervous system feels emotionally unsafe or exhausted.

Your brain starts scanning constantly for problems because internally it’s trying to regain control.

So the goal is not simply to ‘stop thinking.’

The real goal is calming the nervous system underneath the thinking.

That’s where lasting emotional healing begins.
