💜 Love, love, loved volunteering at my first Innercamp event!

Such a beautiful, powerful and empowering session, such a privilege to be part of the experience. ✨

The energy in the room was incredible, and hearing so many lovely comments from the participants afterwards made it even more special.

I’m so grateful to be learning, growing and experiencing more of the Innercamp journey from the other side of the facilitator space.

I recently completed my Rahanni training with Emma.. it’s a beautiful experience in an amazing setting.

Highly recommend 🩷

I’m offering small group Rahanni celestial energy practioner training . This is recognised by holistic insurers as a healing modality , similar to reiki .
If you are feeling the call to work with others or advance your existing practice .
This modality is gentle calming and incredibly effective.
I’d been working with reiki & munay ki practices when this came into my path and I haven’t looked back .
It’s hightened and clarified all I do .

Full manual , certification and on going support. A monthly fire circle with other practioners .

Incredible for personal healing and for clients , it’s effective with children and animals as well .
No experience needed .

Marathon training update

I ran 4.5km today without stopping, which feels pretty amazing 🙌 There is still a VERY long way to go, but I’m taking the wins where I can!

I’ve done it 🙌

I am officially qualified in Holosomatic Energy Therapy, trained by Innercamp.

Another piece of the puzzle has fallen into place, and I am so excited to bring this work into Beau-Jo-Rei.

It is a deeply embodied approach that brings together breathwork, movement, sound, Kundalini Activation and somatic awareness.

It feels like a beautiful coming together of so much of the work I have been learning and practising over the years.

And I’m really excited to see where this next chapter takes me. ✨
