I started my nursing career in 2009 and specialised in emergency medicine. I absolutely loved it however it can be emotionally draining. So, before I was a nurse I left school and went into the beauty industry, it was a natural progression for me to move into aesthetics. I have worked in aesthetics and dermatology for around 8 years and I absolutely love skin!! I have worked with a number of brands one of which I used myself for around 5-6 years. All of a sudden I started to react to it. I have an auto-immune condition and then developed roseaca which caused blephritis in my eyes. I couldn’t use my skincare, I was gutted!! I couldn’t use any skincare. Anything I used, my eyes would swell. I couldn’t find anything until….. I went Manchester and my sister-in-law told me to try tropics eye cream. I was so scared to try it but I agreed. If my eyes would swell it would take about 6 weeks to settle and nothing so far worked. I decided to take the risk as there was no harmful chemicals and everything plant based. I was also skeptal on their potential results as how can “natural” have strong anti-aging results right?! I am not joking I woke the next day and the sore red skin was gone and they hadn’t swollen!!! I was so excited! Then I started to try the serums and I was blown away!! Then…….. I found out the eye cream was discontinued!! However, I was hopeful a new one would come (and now it has eeekkkkk!!!). I have now built my whole skincare routine and my skin is better than ever. So dewy and glowing and to answer the question on anti-aging……… my skin is the best it’s been in years. At nearly 40 I need that in my life!!!!

I brought it into my clinic and my clients are also raving about it. This is the power of combining treatments over time. Results have taken around 18 months. We have done Morpheus8 to work on the skin texture, ultracel q+ to create lift. Polynucleotides, a small amount of dermal filler and Botox. Lumecca IPL laser. Plus Let’s not forget a fantastic skincare routine. My wonderful patient is so happy with her results and has now committed to maintenance treatments in order to not only maintain her results but to keep improving!!
