SW has been named the UK's most trusted weight loss programme for the second year running. πŸ™Œ

But if I'm honest, it's not the award that makes me proud. It's seeing people walk through the door thinking they'll be the biggest person there, the only one who's ever struggled, or that they'll be judged... and then realising they're definitely not!

Let's face it, losing weight can be hard work. Life gets busy, birthdays happen, someone always brings cake into work πŸ°πŸ™ˆ, and sometimes the sofa wins! That's real life.

What I love about Slimming World is that nobody expects you to be perfect. We celebrate the good weeks, support each other through the not-so-good ones, have a laugh along the way, and just keep going.

So, if you've been thinking about coming along but keep talking yourself out of it, this is your little sign. Come and see what we're all about. I promise you'll be welcomed with a smile, never judged, and I'd love to meet you. ❀️😊
