And by the time you realize what happened, they've already rewritten the story — and somehow, *you're* the villain.

That's the part nobody warns you about. It's not just the manipulation that hurts. It's watching someone dismantle your confidence, your reality, your sense of self — and then stand in front of everyone looking like the one who *tried*. The one who *suffered*. The one who *survived you*.

You weren't crazy. You were confused — because they kept moving the target. You weren't too sensitive. You were reacting to behavior that would break anyone. There's a difference, and you deserve to know it.

The love at the beginning wasn't real. It was recruitment. And the chaos at the end wasn't your fault. It was the plan.

You didn't fail the relationship. You finally escaped the con.

Heal at your own pace. Rebuild quietly. And trust that the people who truly know you — *know*.

I've had a few messages from people asking about my retreats, so I thought I'd break down the mix of retreats I hold so you can see if any of these might be right for you.

- Frazzled UK - Frazzled is my charity, and they hold free online sessions 365 days a year, and I hold a virtual session every other Tuesday. You can find out more information or book a session through the Frazzled team or their website: https://www.frazzledcafe.org/

Do you struggle with anxiety or depression?
