Paul tagged me in an old post from 3 years ago when I hung my Slimming World scales up.
How things have changed in those 3 years!
Those who know me well, knew that it wouldn’t be forever… I love the role of being a Slimming World Consultant too much and have loved being back with the gorgeous Saturday morning crew in Heanor.
Paul asked how the 3 years have treated me…. Well one things for sure… I definitely carried through my promise to myself… that was to work on being a fitter and healthier version of me.

I’m so proud to say that I’ve officially passed my Level 2 in Understanding Nutrition and Health! 🎉

This hasn’t been easy alongside working 45 hours a week and also being a Slimming World Consultant with a busy Saturday morning group, but I was determined to do it so I could continue to grow my knowledge and support my members even more. ❤️

I truly love helping people feel healthier, happier and more confident.

A lot of hard work, late nights and determination went into this, so today I’m taking a moment to feel proud of myself! ✨

To all our members who missed a week, a month, 6 months and just feel like you cannot come back.

✨️To the members that had one swip too many and the guilt has eaten away at you for days, months, and you haven’t seen your Consultant or friends in group for a long time.

✨️To the members that look in the mirror and ask why did I leave group and let things get out of control?

✨️To the person who would love to come back but isn’t feeling brave enough to step through the door of group

✨️To the person who's life got hectic and has put themselves on the back burner

✨️I need you to know that YOU CAN DO THIS 💪🏻 You can step back into group for a fresh start or to pick up from where you last attended

✨️I want you to know that there is never any judgement, in our groups. We have all been there ourselves. We will welcome you back with open arms - sharing support, inspiration, motivation and fun to get you back track 🙌🏻

✨️Just be brave 😊 Walk back through our doors and a room full of warm friendly faces will be waiting

✨️I promise the comeback is ALWAYS stronger than the set back and I'm here for you every step of the way 🤗 ❤️
