Our online triage system is experiencing some technical issues. To maintain patient safety whilst our technical team continues to investigate the issues, we have suspended access to our online triage tool.

Patients who require an urgent same day assessment or appointment are asked to call the practice and speak to a member of our reception team.

HEATHFIELD DISPENSARY

Due to staff sickness, the dispensary is working under additional pressure at the present time.

We ask that patients allow 5 working days before collecting their medication.

If patients are in a position to allow a longer period before collecting their medication, that would be appreciated.

With effect from 4th December 2025, you’ll be able to get a same-day GP medical assessment using the NHS App.
It's a quicker way to share your symptoms and get an appointment on the same-day with your GP.
You can use the service Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm.

If you cannot access the NHS App, you can still get an assessment by calling the practice or using our website.

1. Open the NHS app
2. Open ‘Get a same-day GP medical assessment’
3. Follow the instructions and fill out the form.
