Juniper, juniperus communis

This essential oil was included in the face oil used at the course I was on this weekend, so I couldn't choose it! As the oil was applied to my face, I felt instantly uplifted yet peacefully calm at the same time.

An oil that is a powerful tonic of the body, its warming, and invigorating effects benefits tiredness, cold hands and feet, and poor circulation.

It's also well known for its diuretic and lymphatic decongestant properties, ideal for any stagnation or to get things moving, flushing out the toxins, and feeling refreshed!

It has a beautiful fresh and clean scent about it 😍
