10th October is World Mental Health Day. You don't have to be diagnosed with a mental health problem or illness to suffer with poor mental health. Everyone at some point in their lives struggles because life is hard. It's so easy to think that you are the only person struggling. But once you start to talk to others, you realise that you are not alone.

The equinox marks the exact moment the sun crosses the celestial equator, resulting in day and night of approximately equal length worldwide

Astronomical Explanation
Position of the Sun: The sun sits directly above the Earth's equator, meaning neither the Northern nor the Southern Hemisphere tilts toward or away from the sun.

Day and Night Equality: The word equinox comes from the Latin words aequus (equal) and nox (night). While day and night are not quite 12 hours flat due to atmospheric refraction, they are nearly identical in duration.

Hemispheric Shift: In the Northern Hemisphere, it marks the transition from summer to astronomical autumn. In the Southern Hemisphere, it signals the vernal spring equinox
