Baby yoga is a beautiful way to nurture your baby’s developing mind, body and senses through love, connection and play. 🙏🤍

Every gentle movement, stretch and song in baby yoga is helping your little one understand and connect with their body, through sensory processing. 🌿

This includes...
🎵 Sensory integration: Repeated movements, rhythm and touch help babies process and organise information from their senses.
🧘‍♂️ Vestibular development: Gentle rocking, swaying and balance movements stimulate this system, supporting body awareness and coordination.
🤸‍♀️ Proprioception:through movement, babies begin to understand where their body is in space, how it feels and how it moves.
🧠 Nervous system support: Calm, rhythmic movements and connection help soothe and regulate the nervous system.
💪🏼 Motor development: Songs, stretches and playful movements encourage both fine and gross motor skills.

✨ HI, I’M MEL… LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF ✨

For anyone who doesn’t know me, I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself 🥰

I’m Mel, the face and founder behind 121 Healing Beauties 💚

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher and healer, and I’m trained in beauty, massage and lots of different holistic and spiritual practices.

Over the years I’ve brought together everything I’m passionate about — healing, spirituality, beauty, relaxation, connection and helping people feel good within themselves.

At 121 we offer Reiki, massage, facials, nails, hair, make-up, brows, lashes, waxing, sound healing, sound baths, guided meditation, mediumship and tarot and shamanism.

But that’s not all I do…

I also run spiritual and wellbeing groups, workshops, events and retreats, creating spaces where people can come together, learn, heal, connect and just be themselves. 💚

And I’m also really proud that I’ve created a space where other people can grow their own businesses too. 🥰

I rent space within 121 to a hairdresser, make-up artist and shaman, so we’re not just about what I do — there’s a whole little community of talented people under one roof. ❤️

And honestly, that’s what it’s all about for me.

I don’t want 121 to just be somewhere you come for a treatment and leave.

I want it to be somewhere you feel welcome, comfortable and safe to be YOU.

Some days you might need a massage.

Some days you might need Reiki.

Some days you might just want your hair, nails, brows or lashes done and a good old chat 😂

And sometimes you might feel called to something deeper — a sound bath, meditation, spiritual group or retreat.

Whatever brings you through my door, you’re welcome. 🥰

I’ve put a massive part of myself into creating what 121 is becoming, and I’m so proud of it.

It’s not just a salon.

It’s a place for beauty, healing, spirituality, connection, laughter, sometimes tears, and bringing amazing people together. 💚
