You may be eligible for the free NHS MenB vaccine if you are:

โœ… Aged 17 or 18 and born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008
โœ… Under 25 and starting university or moving into eligible residential further education for the first time in autumn 2026

โœ… Children aged 2 or 3 on 31 August 2026
โœ… Children aged 2โ€“17 in a clinical risk group

Clinical risk groups include certain long-term conditions or a weakened immune system.

Healthy school-aged children are normally vaccinated through school. Pharmacy catch-up vaccinations for those who miss theirs begin 1 December.

๐Ÿ’‰ ADULT FLU VACCINATION

You may be eligible if you are:

โœ… Aged 65+
โœ… Pregnant
โœ… Aged 18โ€“64 with certain long-term conditions
โœ… Living in a long-stay residential care home
โœ… Receiving Carerโ€™s Allowance or the main carer for an elderly or disabled person
โœ… A close contact of someone who is immunocompromised
โœ… Aged 16+ and experiencing homelessness
โœ… An eligible frontline social care worker without an employer-led vaccination scheme

Clinical risk groups include diabetes; heart, lung, kidney, liver or neurological disease; weakened immunity; spleen problems; severe obesity; and certain learning disabilities.
