The Summer Growth sessions are back and spaces are filling up fast!

Last summer, I had the chance to help some incredible women and here's a snapshot of what I helped them to create:

✨ A burnt-out teacher re-prioritised her life and her hobbies, rather than spending every waking minute thinking about her work. She used the summer months with my support to find new hobbies, re-connect with friends and make a clear plan of how to protect her free time when she started work again in September.

✨ A new yoga teacher stopped comparing herself to others and let go of what she thought her life "should" look like. She created offerings and workshops from her heart and ended the summer with sold-out classes.

✨ A successful business owner re-found her confidence to show up and market her business in a way that felt right to her, after worrying far too much what other people thought. Together we created a plan that suited her values and her personality and she started to show up more authentically.

✨ An overwhelmed woman started her own business while holding down her 9-5 job, getting out of her own way and selling out her first classes.

That was all in the space of 2 weeks working together.

Here's how it works:
✨ Pre-coaching questionnaire
Start to get clear on your intention for working together even before we start coaching, meaning you start knowing what you want to work on

✨ Two powerful 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)
One at the start to anchor your intention + map your momentum
One two weeks later to reconnect, reset and realign
(You choose the focus—life, business, or a blend)

✨ Soulful accountability support between sessions
Support in between sessions to help you stay connected to your intention and move forwards with clarity
Space to reflect, be heard and find your path forwards

Hurray it’s growing season 🌱

Which basically means every spare moment I’ll be at the allotment 😀

There’s something about growing from seed that I love!

Nurturing them to grow…watching them burst to life…. Taking the seedlings out and seeing all of their roots…. It’s always a reminder that we are always growing, even if the growth isn’t visible yet ✨

Now I just need to cross my fingers there’s no frost coming up 🤣

Start your week with slow, mindful flow at 5.30pm on Mondays - We work with a monthly theme which weaves into seated postures, standing poses, balances and relaxation at the end.
