Not a great photo but absolutely delicious risotto. Literally everything from the shop except the veg which came from Valley Organics Workers' Co-op . I used our lovely British grown pearl barley instead of rice and our new kid on the block white beans grown in France. Obviously you've got to chuck in some garlic and nutritional yeast and voila delicious and nutritious dinner - is it dinner or tea or even supper? I made a batch of it to last a few meals and I'm so pleased I did

Busy day doing refill collections for our lovely customers today. Look how easy it is ……………
1) drop off your empty jars and a list = 1min
2) I’ll refill and you can collect at your leisure = 0min
3) collect and pay, maybe pick up a cheeky treat = 3min
So, 4min for a full shop I’d be so into that if I was a shopper. The other bonus is to could have it delivered by Cargodale and their super eco bicycle delivery which means a full shop would be 1min !!! WTA
