It is such a continuous joy to create.. ☀️🌙

As I was writing the Sūrya & Chandra Wisdom Decks I was so torn on how much to include.
I decided to keep those decks purely as the sun & moon seen through the eyes of yoga.

But there's so much more to explore..

So I bring you the Celestial Wisdom Deck 🌔✨

This deck has over 80 cards exploring the expansive, beautiful and awe-inspiring nature of the cosmos.

From the seasons the sun brings to the lunar phases, celestial phenomena to trans-neptunian objects, constellations and zodiac signs.
This deck is written for those who look at the night sky in awe and yearn to know more.

There's a tickle of astrology, but it's mainly rooted in scientific astronomy, mythology and language.

One-to-One Yoga Guidance with Lauren ✨

A practice shaped around you.

Perhaps you want help adapting āsana to your body.
Perhaps sleep feels elusive.
Perhaps meditation will not quite settle.
Or perhaps you are curious about Sanskrit, mantra, mythology or the deeper philosophies beneath the postures.

These private sessions give us time to follow the thread that matters to you.

We might explore:
• Āsana, alignment and personal modifications
• Strength, mobility, recovery and breath-led movement
• Meditation, prāṇāyāma and mudrā
• Deep rest, sleep support and yoga nidrā
• Sanskrit pronunciation, mantra and mythology
• Or a thoughtful weaving of several areas

After more than twelve years of teaching, studying and practising yoga, I know that this path is too vast to be neatly mastered.

What I can offer is a guiding hand.

Together, we can quieten the noise, explore your questions and create a practice that feels relevant to your body, your life and your curiosity.

Sessions are available online or in my home yoga studio.

Online sessions can be one-to-one or shared in a small group of up to six.
In-person sessions are available for up to two people for āsana, or four for meditation and study.

60 minutes: £75
90 minutes: £125

You will also receive a little personalised practice to continue at home, alongside any relevant recordings, slides or mantra audio.

To book, email me with your area of interest, preferred session length and three possible dates.

You do not need a perfectly formed plan.
A curiosity, difficulty or half-shaped idea is enough.

I’ve been in India for Navarātri before... 🪔

Surrounded by colour, music, movement and public devotion. But this year is the first time I’ve honoured Gupta Navarātri.

Gupta means hidden, secret, or inwardly held. It is a quieter Navarātri (nine night of the goddess) traditionally devoted to more private forms of sādhana, where the presence of Devī (the goddess in many forms) is not always announced through celebration, but discovered through attention.

There is something deeply fitting about honouring it from a distance, in my daily practice.

I cannot step into India’s temples, streets or rivers today, so I am letting India arise within me instead.

🎶 In the mantras my body remembers.
🧠 In the stories that have shaped my mind.
❤️ In the devotion that still lives in my heart.

Perhaps this is part of the hidden pilgrimage.
Not returning to India as a place, but continuing onwards with the India that now lives within me.

Not reaching across the distance, but listening for what the distance reveals.
A quieter devotion.
A more inward journey.

McCoy the Boy 🧡

This heatwave has brought McCoy and me so much closer. He usually goes to work with Ben but in 24+ degree heat that's just not possible or fair on this little bean bag!

So he's been at home with his girls (Twigs & Me) 🐶

He's learned how to chill out.
How to cuddle for more than 5 seconds.
He falls asleep in my lap when I meditate.
I often find him napping amongst the flowers.
He stares at Twigs the way all men should look at women!
He's guarded the door while I've had yoga students in shavāsana.
And always comes to find me to tell me of his adventures!

Just when I thought life was full to the brim with love, this little guy has cracked my heart open even more.

There's always room for a little more love 🥰

Indulge in 90 minutes of deeply restorative yoga, gently transitioning from one year to the next.
