If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, the time missed will be charged at our hourly rate and will be in addition to the cost of your tattoo once you arrive. We reserve the right not to tattoo you if you arrive leaving insufficient time for us to complete the tattoo. All booking fees are non refundable or transferable. No-Shows/Cancellations may be required to pay for future bo

okings up front. Gift vouchers - vouchers will be used for the named person only and can not be transfered to another person. Vouchers are valid for 6 months only after this the voucher will be void. Please make sure to bring the voucher with you to the appointment or payment will be required. Black 10 cannot be held liable for Gift Vouchers which, once purchased are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged. If you have won a voucher and don't turn up or give us less then 24 hours notice the voucher will be void.
