🌿 A little glimpse of my new treatment space 🌿

It feels a little like going full circle… almost 7 years after I first started my holistic therapy journey, I’m back where it all began, welcoming clients into a treatment space at home.

I’ve created a calm, comfortable space where you can take some time out, and switch off.

There’s something I really love about preparing the room before a treatment.

Fresh towels, the couch ready, everything in its place… and knowing that for the next hour or so, someone is going to come through the door and have a completely different experience from the one they’ve just left behind.

It’s the little things that make a treatment feel special.

That moment when you’ve completely switched off…

Your shoulders drop.
Your breathing slows.
Your hands relax.
And sometimes… your tummy starts rumbling.

As a therapist, these are some of my favourite moments.

Not because I need you to “relax properly” — but because it means you’re comfortable enough to simply let go for a while.

No talking required.
No thinking required.
No doing required.

Just you, some quiet time, and a chance to completely switch off.

More than just a foot massage…

Reflexology is a holistic treatment working specific reflex points on the feet (or hands) that correspond with different areas of the body.

Rather than focusing on just one area, Reflexology takes a whole-body approach, with the treatment tailored to you and what your body needs at the time.

It’s a lovely opportunity to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself, while giving your body some dedicated time and attention.

No two treatments need to be exactly the same — your session can be adapted depending on how you’re feeling and what you’d like from your treatment.

A little Sunday reminder…

Indian Head Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment focusing on the head, neck and shoulders — areas where we often hold tension without even realising it.

Using a combination of massage techniques and soothing pressure, the treatment creates time to slow down, release tension and allow your mind to quieten.
