Looking back on last week, I’m reminded how much I love the rhythm of teaching. Each class brought something different—some slow and grounding, others more energising—but all of them felt meaningful in their own way.
One of the highlights was returning to a group I teach twice a year, practicing together outside in the rural grounds of Roselidden. There’s something really special about that setting—the fresh air, the space, and the sense of familiarity each time we come back to it.
I also had the chance to run a new taster chair yoga session for a potential client, which felt like an exciting step. It’s always rewarding to share how accessible and supportive yoga can be for different people.
There’s a real sense of growth at the moment. Familiar faces returning, new ones joining—it feels like more than just classes, there’s a genuine community building.
Feeling very grateful to do what I love, and excited for the week ahead.
