Beyond excited to be part of the Ignite Sober Rave 3rd Birthday Festival this weekend!

The whole weekend is rooted in the best parts of rave culture: top-quality artists, full bodied and crisp sound, freedom on the dancefloor and people coming together through music & a shared love for bass-infused community!!

At the same time, creating space for wellbeing, family, nature and real community. Time to move, rest, eat well, play, listen to stories, sit around the fire, join a workshop, bring the kids and enjoy the weekend without alcohol running the show.

I will be holding a Sound Bath on the Sunday whilst also helping out my amazing friend Trisha C Design with her gorgeous crystals.

☀️ Summer Solstice is almost here ☀️

With just two days to go, we still have a few spaces available for Sacred Shakti Mini Retreat.
This isn't a large event with hundreds of people coming and going. It's a small and intimate gathering where women can spend an afternoon connecting, sharing, moving, laughing, eating together, celebrating the feminine, and nourishing their body, mind, heart, and soul.

THIS FRIDAY Come and join me for a magical evening of Healing Breathwork and Sound Bath at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall.

I will be guiding you though some healing and transformational Breathwork Pranayama’s to open up all the energy systems in the body to go within and find the stillness that is deep in us all.

Following the breathwork session I will take you on a wonderful sound meditation journey.

I will also be using the highest quality essential oils to enhance your experience, and ending with some warming Herbal Tea and an oracle card pull to guide you through your next few weeks.

All you need is water, a Yoga Mat, Cushions/Pillows and a Cosy Blanket, and an open heart.
