✨ Spinal Flow Intake starting 9th June ✨

💛 3 new client spaces remaining before summer holidays

If you’re serious about calming your nervous system, reducing stress held within the body and creating deeper, longer-lasting shifts in your health and wellbeing, consistency really matters.

The nervous system responds best when support is received regularly over a focused period of time, which is why I’m now working in more structured 6–7 week Spinal Flow support blocks ✨

A typical structure may look like:
💛 Initial 1-hour consultation
💛 Followed by 11 x 25-minute sessions over 6–7 weeks

This approach allows the body to build momentum, regulate more deeply and create more lasting change, rather than feeling like it’s starting from scratch after long gaps between sessions.

Both small group and continued 1:1 Spinal Flow support are available throughout, depending on your needs and preferences ✨

Energy Healing and Integrated Healing sessions also continue separately with flexible booking options.

If you can’t make the exact start date but are interested in beginning within this intake period, please do still reach out — there is a little flexibility within the schedule and I’ll always try to find a solution where possible ✨

This will be the final opportunity to begin Spinal Flow before the summer holidays ☀️

If you’ve been thinking about starting… future you may be very grateful you didn’t wait until September 😉✨

✨ Final Spinal Flow intake before summer holidays is now open ✨

One of the biggest things I’ve seen through this work is that the nervous system responds best when support is received consistently over a focused period of time.

Rather than isolated sessions here and there, the body is able to build momentum, regulate more deeply, and create longer-lasting shifts when sessions are experienced more regularly and intentionally.

That’s why I’m now working in focused 6–7 week Spinal Flow support blocks, combining both small group and continued 1:1 support where needed ✨

For the best outcomes, care plans are ideally booked as:
💛 2–3 sessions per week over a focused period
followed by a final 1:1 review session.

Booking sessions in advance also helps ensure continuity of care and preferred appointment availability, particularly as spaces become more limited.

This is also why I’ve introduced small group sessions into the mix ✨

Not only does this allow me to support more clients in beginning their healing journey, but there is also something incredibly powerful about healing within a shared space. Nervous systems naturally co-regulate together, and many people find they feel calmer, safer and more supported within that environment — often amplifying the healing process itself.

This new structure allows for:
✨ more consistency
✨ deeper support
✨ better continuity of care
✨ more availability for clients wanting to begin their journey

I currently have:
💛 4 new client spaces opening
📍 Starting from 9th June

This will be the final opportunity to begin before the summer holidays ☀️

Small group and 1:1 support available, allowing sessions to feel flexible and tailored to each person’s needs.

Something new is unfolding ✨

Over the past few months, it’s become really clear that something needed to shift.

Being fully booked is amazing — but not when it means people can’t start, or can’t stay consistent.

So from June, I’m introducing small group sessions and a more structured approach to care.

I’m super excited about it because there’s something incredibly powerful about working in a shared space — when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and connected, the body often responds in a deeper way.

This is about creating more access, more consistency, and better results 💛

If you’re already a client, check your email for all the details.

More on new spaces coming very soon ✨

May is now fully booked 🤍

I’m honestly so grateful — so many of you have come through recommendations and word of mouth, which means so much. It’s such a joy to witness people taking back control of their emotional, mental & physical health and leaving so much happier ✨

I’m currently exploring ways to expand my availability so I can get people started sooner - I’ll keep you posted!

If you’d like to be added to the cancellation list or June waitlist, just pop me a DM and I’ll add you 🤍

Thank you for trusting me with your healing ✨

Morning reset 🌿 Windows open, bed freshened, oils lit… and of course my tea’s gone cold because I forgot it existed (ADHD things 😂). Grounding, protecting my energy, and setting intentions for my clients’ highest good ✨

Hormonal health — especially around perimenopause — is something many people are exploring right now.

What’s often less talked about is how closely hormones and the nervous system are connected.

When the body is under stress, it prioritises producing stress hormones through the HPA axis (the body’s stress response system).

During perimenopause, oestrogen levels naturally fluctuate, and the body can rely more on adrenal pathways to support hormone balance.

At the same time, those same adrenal glands are producing cortisol to manage stress. If the body has been under prolonged stress, it can already be asking a lot of this system.

Supporting the nervous system can help your body move out of constant stress and toward a more balanced state.

✨ It’s all more connected than we often realise.

💛 Give your nervous system some TLC — DM me to find out how I can help.

Honestly, I can’t compete with this magnolia! It puts a smile on every one of my clients faces 🙂

Come for a treatment, get grounded on the way in… and again on the way out. Triple grounding sessions currently available while the magnolia lasts 😉

I love that something so simple can slow us down without even trying. Nature doing its thing, as always.

Catch it in full bloom while you can 🌸

Gut health is one of the biggest areas of health people are researching right now.

You might have heard the gut described as the body’s “second brain.”
This is because the digestive system has its own network of nerves called the enteric nervous system, which is constantly communicating with the brain.

This communication happens through something called the gut–brain axis, including a major pathway known as the vagus nerve.

When the body is under stress and the nervous system is in a constant state of alert, digestion often becomes less of a priority. Many people notice this as changes in digestion, appetite or gut comfort during stressful periods.

The work I do focuses on supporting the nervous system and helping the body move out of that constant stress response and back toward a more balanced state.

✨ Have you ever noticed your digestion change when you’re under stress?

Last week I received these beautiful flowers from a client, along with the most heartfelt message.

“To think back to how I was when I first came to see you… to my happy self now… you’ve taught me so much and I’m so grateful.”

I always say to my clients that the healing isn’t me.
Your body holds the wisdom.
Your mind holds the strength.
Your soul holds the ability to heal.

But the relationship between practitioner and client does matter.

The compassion.
The trust.
The safe space.
The practitioners lived experience and knowledge of overcoming.
Real empathy.

I feel incredibly grateful to do this work and to witness the transformations that happen when people begin reconnecting with themselves.

So to the lovely client who sent these flowers…
thank you. It truly meant the world.

Holding space for people as they rediscover their strength is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
