✨ A Day in the Life of a Registered Manager / Director - Gemma✨

We didn’t manage to capture everything on camera today, but here’s a little glimpse into life behind the scenes at our office! 📋💻

It’s been a really productive day filled with training, rotas, assessments, meetings, interviews, and plenty of phone calls! 📞

We’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming some wonderful new carers and new clients into the GA Care family something we’re incredibly proud of. 💜

And of course, no day is complete without a little balance! 🐾 Gemma even managed to squeeze in some Frisbee time with Luna 🥏🐶 before heading home, setting up the laptop and carrying on with the work from there!

Running a care business can be busy, challenging and rewarding all at once, but days like today remind us exactly why we do what we do. ❤️

💜 Meet the Team, Kristina 💜

We’re delighted to introduce you to Kristina, who is joining us in the office as our Administrator & End of Life Support team member. 👏

Kristina has been working with us at GA Care for several months, supporting individuals and families through what can be some of the most difficult and emotional times in their lives.

She brings with her an incredible 15 years of experience in care! Including many years working within mental health services, supporting individuals and providing therapeutic support.

Kristina has always had a real passion for people. She genuinely enjoys getting to know someone their life, their history, their family and, most importantly, what matters to them. She believes that understanding the person behind the care is so important. 💕

Kristina says:

"For me, it’s about making people feel heard, understood and supported, and knowing that I can make even a small difference to someone’s life."*

We’re so pleased to welcome Kristina to our team and look forward to seeing her bring her experience, warmth and compassion into her new role with us.

We’ve been working behind the scenes to create a welcoming new space for our team, our clients and our community — and we’re so excited to finally share it with you! 🥰
