Nope- you just have to have BOOKED by then to receive the discount code. It can be for later in June or July or August even.

Can I use it more than once?
No, the code can only be used once per user.

Does this apply to workshops?

A dump of life lately- I’m terrible at taking photos and really need to start documenting better.

✨1- Otto and I napping
✨2- an attempt at a “bump” photo- not my forte🤣
✨3- Otto and I with our belly’s out 🤣
✨4- baby boy in 4D at 16 weeks- very “potato”esque in my opinion. I think that’s supposed to help upsell the 4D scans but I found it well weird!
✨5- if you haven’t tried the pickle potato salad from Morrisons salad counter yet, do it. It’s so pickly! With a side of pickles too of course. (guess what flavour I’m obsessed with in pregnancy?)
✨6- I cannot WAIT to put baby boy in this little skeleton suit 🥰🥰🥰
✨7- hyperfixation breakfast- sourdough bagel, avocado, poached eggs, chilli flakes, topped with honey plus hashbrowns!

I promise from now throughout summer I’m going to do better with sharing! I used to be so good and I’m in a weird place where I want time to fly by to get me to October whilst simultaneously slowing down because I don’t feel at all prepared for literally anything 🙈 does that even make sense? 🩷SOMETHING NEW (ish) IS COMING 🩷

I’m looking for someone local who is free on Sunday 31st May during the day.

This is to trial a new(ish) treatment, and for social media photos.

The willing participant needs to:
-agree for their photo to be used across my website and social media and other advertising ventures.
-be okay being here for at least 2 hours or so for this to take place, and then do photos/videos etc.
-be comfortable laying on the treatment bed for quite a while whilst the treatment/photos/videos take place.
-to agree to write a review of the treatment to be used on social media/advertising/website as above.

I can be free that whole day so the timing is up to you!

Ever wondered what we’re doing whilst the sound bath happens?

Thanks to my new CCTV, here’s a pretty accurate look at what that looks like! 🤣

Thank you for all those concerned messages that I’m “doing too much” but, as you can see, part of my work on soundbath evenings is literally napping whilst my girl takes over. Don’t worry, we did essential oils, breath work and a guided meditation first before I allowed myself to chill. 💤

Working with someone who I can fully trust to hold the space and handle her portion seamlessly whilst I actually switch off for a bit is realistically what allows me to continue working some of the hours I do.

Also, let this be a clear advert that our evenings are truly the bit of “me time” you’re looking for and if you do fall asleep, we don’t judge!

Third eye chakra sound bath and meditation is coming on the 17th of June. Booking is now open, 10 spaces left!

Gratitude has been hard to come by the last couple days- I’ve not been 100% and a series of bizarre events has seemed to sort of topple one domino after another. We’ve all been here, I’m sure of it.

But instead of letting it consume me, I stopped and consciously made a gratitude list because I KNOW the universe is always listening. And the magic happened after I made this list in my phone:

✨ I had a wonderful session with a fellow practitioner this morning whose energy I just find so refreshing and real. So grateful to you 🙏
✨ I have so many exciting things unfolding; my baby boy, of course, but this is presenting new business challenged and also excitement which is being explored as well.
✨ My fiance is so patient and understanding.
✨ I’ve made a new mum-to-be friend who checks on me every day and was SO helpful in a time of need. I hadn’t even met her in person yet and she offered to help me in a small crisis. These sorts of people are rare so thank you, you beautiful human.
✨ I got to talk to my bestie LOTS today- albeit at 6am my time and 1am her time whilst trying to sort tech malfunctions but we got there in the end 🤣

And rather suddenly all the issues that had happened resolved themselves within 30 minutes of this list in my phone. The universe is always listening and matches your energy and today was a big reminder of that.

Let’s talk about crystals! ✨✨✨

Last night’s workshop has me well fired up to share about my first-love in the spiritual space: crystals!

I absolutely adore working with crystals, using them, recommending them, watching your relationship with crystals grow!

But I can also appreciate that it can be hard when you first get into them because it’s SUCH an overwhelming world- so many to choose from: how to identify them, how to know what to pick up when, are you really “feeling” anything (that self doubt monster creeps in reallll good) etc.

I’ve got a couple things going on which may be of interest to some of you!
