9 years later we’re spending the day together as we prep for the arrival of our baby boy.
I am so lucky to be supported by a partner like you. You are truly a balancing force in my life and I wouldn’t change you for the world. Here’s to the next 9 and beyond as our family grows 🥂

I’ve spent most of the evening rewatching this wonderful video put together by of my baby shower today.

Having a baby in the country you’re not native to is scary. When the health visitor asked about our family tree and support, it really hit me that my own family are not just around the corner when I get scared or worried or need a hand. Although I know I’ve clearly made this choice, it has become a lot more emotional for me lately sitting with the reality of that.

Today was a beautiful reminder that found family is just as powerful ❤️ Thank you to and for hosting such a perfect day for me and baby boy. He is so loved already by so many and I am so so grateful.

Here’s to our little cowboy, coming soon (but definitely in October 🎃)

Wondering what we’ll be diving into at The Inner Temple: Return to You?

This will not be like any of the previous feminine workshops you’ve been to. I’m merging my experiences working with the 6 archetypes listed through my Return to Her program and merging them with the feminine empowerment meditation “The Womb Room” to deeply dive into reclaiming our power. The ladies who did the 6 months in Return to Her can attest to how powerful those sessions and archetypes where and when I met them within my own sacred space it was nothing short of extraordinary.

If you’re ready to go inward and reclaim the parts of you you feel you may have lost or not tapped into lately, this session is absolutely for you. Is it intense? Occasionally. Is it empowering? Absolutely.

What a day! 🩷🩷

Our “Meet the Team” event was amazing today! If you came along, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you didn’t- you REALLY missed out!

I was completely in awe of these women, watching them share so passionately about their offerings and why they do what they do. It was so cool to see the subtle threads that link together; lived experience, science, a desire to heal themselves and walk the path with you, not for you. There was never a doubt I had picked my people wisely but today really solidified that this is a shared vision and each of us, although totally different, have equally shared goals. The interest already in their offerings is fabulous and I am so looking forward to seeing them grow at The Healing Space!

For now, it’s time to rest and soak up the ending of the bank holiday weekend as September rolls in tomorrow!

That time has come… 🕰️

After a very magical two years and 8 months, I am working my final, pre-maternity shift at Pica Crystals today.

When I started working here, I never would have imagined the difference it would make in my life. I had already left teaching and whilst supply teaching was fine, I knew my heart wasn’t in it & this opportunity came up in the most beautiful and natural way.

I didn’t expect to still be here this long, but I cannot express my gratitude enough to Marcia for keeping me on, trusting me with her shop & for believing in me and encouraging me to grow my business as well. I’ve learnt SO much from ber.

2 years and 8 months later I also have my own business premise on site, and I know for a fact that without Pica none of that would have happened. It is truly about right place, right time.

What’s more is I’m sure that this job, alongside the freedom to do my business, is why I’m pregnant. My nervous system finally reset. I was consistently around people who trusted me and valued me and allowed me to be me, and when you are in that right place at the right time, everything falls into place and your body responds. 🩷

I am going to miss the shop & the customers & regulars but I’ll still be about and I’m sure baby boy and I will be in for plenty of visits over my maternity leave, but it’s goodbye from this side of the desk, for now, at 4:30pm today. ❤️

If you missed out and are reading this gutted, if you message me privately I can try and fit you in. There is still some wiggle room, but I don’t want to over commit and therefore felt closing my books was best.
