It’s going to be a hot one and I just wanted to let you all know. I will have plenty of cold drinks, and the fans will be blowing, blinds will be down, but I will be open on Thursday and Friday as normal.

The salon is very cool during the day and doesn’t get the sun until later in the day.

4 years ago today. The Gallery of Well-being opened its doors to you wonderful people.

This day came and went and I completely forgot to celebrate it. Probably because it’s half term! 🫣

But I want to say a massive thank you to every one of you who have supported me over the years. Your love and support means the absolute world to me. I cannot wait to see what the next 4 years brings.

Yes I have had a few name chances along the way. The gallery of wellbeing is here to stay 😉

You are taking the time to stop and rest. To let go of thoughts and stress within your body. You are telling your nervous system it is safe to relax. !
