Yes you heard that right, I have been trained (some years ago now) by the incredible Dr Harry Singh in lidocaine infiltrations to keep you as comfortable as I can. Your comfort is a big part of your experience at Glow ✨ and a big priority of mine personally.

I’ll even give you my balls to squeeze whilst I do it. I know, I know… I spoil you lot….

The chair has arrived and its soul mission is to strengthen that pelvic floor that seems to give up waaaaaay too easily. Post partum? We got you. Menopausal? We got you.

It’s just a chair, you just sit. Doom scroll, read, eat…. Whatever you’d like to do. Fully clothed. 29 minute sessions. Screens available if you’d prefer some privacy.

Here at Glow we are in a lovely cool, listed building where during the winter we freeze our bits off, but it comes into its own during these hot summer months. Except where it’s just a sweat pit right up there… yet she still manages creates banging hair with a smile! 😊 Tough at the top eh Charl?
