We now have the popular Health Visitor Stay and Play sessions coming to Ledbury🎉
There is no need to book, just come along to the friendly group for advice, information or just to meet other families.
Sessions start on October 5th.

Seedlings is a wonderful, free, group walking distance from the city centre. Pop along and say hello to Julie and the team.

We’re so happy to say that Cathedral Seedlings is back this Thursday, 10 September at 10am in College Hall! 🌱

After our summer break, we’re looking forward to welcoming you and your little ones back for a morning full of stories, music, toys and fun.

We’ll enjoy our story and song box during circle time, followed by a tasty snack and plenty of time to play and enjoy being together.

The group is free to attend (donations welcome), and little ones and their grown-ups can enjoy complimentary healthy snacks, cakes, coffee and tea. ☕️💙

We can’t wait to see you all again! 🌱

Do you change or rotate your baby and child toys as they grow?
At our child development reviews we talk about how your child learns through play.
Have you ever created a Treasure basket?

Treasure Baskets:
If most of your babies toys are made of the same plastic with the same colours as each other, why not provide a treasure basket for some variety?
Treasure Baskets (or bags) can be made up for very little or no cost.
Items in your treasure basket can be made of wood or other natural materials.
They will feel and smell different to your baby as well as look, sound and possibly taste different, so that you are stimulating all of their senses.
Source items from around your house - shower scrunchies, wooden spoons or 'dolly' style pegs, knitted items, rubber spatulas, pine cones, shells.
Your baby will love rooting through to select their own favourites.
Always supervise your baby and check items for safety each time you offer them.
Enjoy watching how your child explores a new toy or pieces of equipment in different ways, this will help their brain grow!
