🚨Exciting announcement 🚨

We have added a new member of staff to our office team.

We're a team that's been together a long time — and that's something we're very proud of.
It means we know each other well, we work well together, and we've built something worth being part of.

Today, that team gets a little bigger.
Thomas joins us as a care co-ordinator , and we're genuinely glad he is here.

Thomas joins us from a hospitality background he previously was the manager of a cafe and has been an area manager for two hotels.

Anyone who's spent five minutes with him will already know — he has a natural warmth with people and fits right in with everything Elgar Care stands for.
In a role where relationships matter, that's not a small thing.

In his spare time he is a trustee for a charity in Hereford supporting people with brain injuries with reabilition back into the community. He enjoys walks up mountains with his dog and cycling. He also enjoys crafting, baking and music.

What does outstanding care look like to Thomas?

It's person-centred, compassionate, well balanced care that's delivered with a smile and a laugh along the way. With a mindset to always deliver the best care possible.
