We often think of stress as “just in our head” — but chronic stress can affect the whole body, impacting sleep, hormones, digestion, immunity and overall wellbeing.

One of the reasons I love reflexology is that it offers dedicated time for the body to slow down and switch out of constant “fight or flight” mode. Regular reflexology helps calm the nervous system, support relaxation and give the body space to reset in our busy, overstimulated world….

I’ve just had a couple of rare spaces open up tomorrow for treatments at Hereford.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, or like you just need a proper pause and unwind, this might be exactly what your body’s asking for.

I offer reflexology, deeply relaxing and supportive for bringing the body back into balance.

I also offer AromaTouch, a gentle essential oil treatment along the back and feet that is deeply calming for the nervous system and really grounding.

Does reproductive reflexology actually work?

That's a fair question, to answer that we are sharing an update from one of our newly trained members:

"I woke up to my 3rd positive pregnancy test this morning. I’ve worked with 4 fertility clients since March and 3 of them have fallen pregnant. I absolutely love the work I’m doing and after a fab menopause training course with Barbara yesterday I can’t wait to get started with my perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal clients! Thank you for all of your help, support and advice ❤️"

So there you go, proof with 3 out of 4 clients becoming pregnant. This isn't a one off either. We regularly hear from our members that their clients have become pregnant.

🌿 I know this is something I would love (maybe I’m biased as I obviously do reflexology because I love it!!) but I can’t think of any Mother who wouldn’t love an hour to herself whilst having a deeply nurturing foot reflexology session 🌿
