WE’RE HIRING ✨
We’re making a few exciting changes to our team at Faith’s and are looking for two lovely people to join us in our Hereford shop.
We’re looking for:
Retail Assistant – approx. 15–18 hours per week
A regular part-time role working a mixture of weekday and Saturday shifts.
Flexible Retail Assistant – approx. 6–8 hours per week
A smaller, flexible role which would particularly suit someone looking for one or two shorter shifts each week.
Both roles will include rotating Saturdays, with considerably more hours available during our busy Christmas period, including some Sundays in December.
We’re looking for people who are warm, friendly and confident with customers, reliable and happy to get stuck into all aspects of working in a small independent shop. You’ll be helping customers, using the till, replenishing and displaying stock, keeping the shop looking beautiful, processing deliveries and generally helping everything run smoothly.
An interest in natural health, skincare, beauty and wellbeing would be lovely, but retail experience and the right personality are more important than knowing all of our products – we can teach you that.
Faith’s is a small, friendly independent business, so we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy being part of a team and are comfortable using their initiative.
Pay: £12.75 per hour
