Positive thinking.

When was the last time you looked in the mirror?

Seriously…. When did you last look in the mirror that didn’t involve doing hair, putting on make-up, doing your daily facial routine, or checking out an outfit?

When was the last time (if ever) you looked directly into your own eyes and saw the person within? When was the last time you gave thanks for being the most amazing person and truly reflecting on how awesome you are?

Is the conversation with yourself one of dissatisfaction? Are you looking at all the things you wish you could change about you?

Take a moment and think about this.

All too often, we are so busy in our minds thinking about what we want to change about us, being self-critical, that we forget we are PERFECT… exactly as we are. YES, I get it…. When we look in the mirror and the image looking back at us isn’t the image on some glossy magazine we can feel deflated. Why is our default setting set to find the things we are not happy about, instead of finding our happy?

The answers to these questions can be as simple or complex as we choose to make them. The internet has a wealth of information about how we can do this or change that, there is so much that we can get lost or overwhelmed.

I’m going to keep it simple.

The moment we look in the mirror and start to appreciate and love who we are (it takes practice, patience and commitment) everything changes.

This is why I love doing what I do, I help people of all ages find there happy… it’s about self-confidence, self-respect and self-love. Balancing the mind, body and spirt on all levels, clearing past traumas, changing negative thoughts into positive actions and supporting the body with the nutrition its lacking.

I take my clients on a journey of self-discovery, I show them the way. We change the record to play a different tune for our future.

When will we learn ……

For most women, going through your change…. Menopause…. Can be a really difficult time. It’s a crazy time when mood swings, emotional outbursts, Irrational behaviour take control. You look in the mirror and don’t recognise the person looking back at you.
Menopause is a natural biological process. The physical and emotional symptoms can and do disrupt everything. Signs and symptoms – Irregular periods, Vaginal dryness, hot flashes, chills, night sweats, sleep problems, mood changes, weight gain and slow metabolism, thinning hair, dry skin, Loss of breast fullness…….. to name a few.
As I always say, help is at hand. Talking to someone who understands helps. When hormones are wreaking havoc in the body, learning how nutrition and hormone therapy play an important role in rebalancing the body – helps. Learning techniques to deal with the emotional aspects – helps.
Put these all together and we have a recipe for success.
