We now have a water supply to the building so the UTC will be open as normal today.

Due to the current water supply issues within Herne Bay, we have had to temporarily close the Urgent Treatment Centre.

We are working closely with South East Water and hope to reopen as soon as possible. We will continue to keep you updated.

I'm afraid our computers are affected again. We remain open but please be aware that there may be some delays.

We are aware of IT issues currently affecting GP practices across Kent and Medway and are working hard to resolve these as quickly as possible.

Please be patient with your general practice during this time as they are doing their best to help you.

We would ask patients to continue to treat staff at your GP practice with courtesy and respect as they are working hard to keep services running and they have no control over the situation.
