SNAAP (Special Needs Advisory & Activities Project)

SNAAP (Special Needs Advisory & Activities Project) SNAAP provides a wide range of services for disabled children from 0-25yrs and their families.

We offer a wide range of activities from family days out to clubs. We also have a family support worker who can help with a wide range of issues. Services include parent and toddler group, after school clubs, youth clubs, school holiday activities including playschemes and family days out, advice and support from our family support worker, McLaren buggy hire, wheelchair hire, books on a wide range of issues and much more.

As the summer holidays come to a close, I want to say a huge thank you to our amazing team for making this summer so special! 💙

From Buzz Club to Chill-Out, Family Days Out to Short Breaks, our staff and volunteers have worked incredibly hard to make sure our children, young people and families have had a summer full of fun, laughter, new experiences and great memories. 🥰

Behind every activity, day out and adventure are staff who give their time, energy, patience and creativity to make it all happen — and it really does make a difference to the families we support. ❤️
And then there’s the small matter of Team Bev vs Team Claire… 👀😂

After much debate, competition and very serious rivalry over who could deliver the best Family Days and Buzz activities, I think we’ll have to call it a draw! 🏆🏆
