A slightly different view for my Thursday… 🏥✨

Today I’m at Kingston Hospital offering hand reflexology to some incredibly deserving NHS staff members.

It is so warm out today, and these teams work tirelessly no matter the weather. Being able to give them a quick pocket of peace, a chance to sit down, and some deep nervous system relief right in the middle of their shift is an absolute joy.

A different vibe from my usual studio, but the exact same goal: helping the body rest and reset. 🤍

Midsummer magic and full hearts. ✨

A little glimpse into our Summer Solstice Litha Gathering . This beautiful afternoon was filled with sound healing, stillness, ancient knowledge, and setting intentions for the season ahead as the sun reached its peak. ☀️

Thank you to every beautiful soul who joined myself and Suz to mark this potent threshold together. Holding space for you all is an absolute honour and we love it!!

✨We have LOVED honouring the changing seasons together over the past few months. Since February, these gatherings have given us space to come together in community, pause, reflect and reconnect, not just with nature, but with ourselves too.
