Before Autumn Comes 🍂

I had an idea…

Before summer disappears completely, I thought it might be lovely to spend an evening together at the farm.

Tea. A little sound. Time with the horses. Something to create if you fancy it. And a chance to stop for a while and notice what this summer has brought.

Something you’re glad you did.
Something you’d like to carry forward.
Something you’re curious about.

You can write, draw, chat, share, or simply sit and listen.

I was walking the land this morning and this beautiful feather popped up after being with herd 🪶

I have always feather are little signs, reminders and or connections from something or someone sitting in a higher place.

Today it felt like perfect timing as I begin my reiki journey.

I think it is a Buzzard feather. The buzzard doesn’t fight to stay in the sky, it waits for the currents and spreads its wings and lets it be lifted.

Still present and totally aware.

Maybe a gentle reminder today for me to trust the flow and notice what’s supporting me and connecting me.

Sometimes I think we live in a world full of information.

We read books

We listen to experts

We know what we are supposed to do

Yet knowing isn’t always the same as believing and feeling

The body often needs time, experience and gentle reminders before something begins to feel true

The mind can understand something in a moment

The body needs to experience it before it feels safe enough to believe it
