After today’s session I sat quietly for a while.

The wind arrived, the chimes started playing and the birds began singing.

I can’t really explain it, but I felt very held in that moment And supported. 💫🙏🥰

This was a fun little experiment .

Watching the water with a build-up of vibration…
a build-up of energy.

It starts soft, then finds a rhythm
and then it begins to intensify.

You can see the moment it almost tips.

Not quite overflowing, I stopped it and it wasn’t full enough
but even the mallet started to feel it towards the end.

I see this with the horses too.
They respond to what’s there… especially as it builds.

I understand it with them andI’m learning about it through sound.

Same story, just a different doorway. :)

It was quite medative until the mallet rattled and took on an energy I couldn’t contain any more 🤭💫✨

People often ask me how I show up here every single day.
The truth is… the horses are my regulation.

Being with them helps me slow my breath, soften my body, and come back to myself.

We all have something that helps us regulate (sometimes it takes a while to work out what that is for us)
maybe it’s a cup of tea, a walk, music, movement, painting, or simply sitting quietly, reading a book 📖

I’d love to know… what helps you come back to yourself?

Something , or someone 😁 has been moving through the grass in one of the resting fields, creating this clear trail in a big horseshoe shape.
There are little patches of digging too… and I’m fascinated 😊

I love moments like this: where nature leaves clues, and we get to pause and wonder. 😍✨✨🌿
Does anyone recognise what might have made it?

Curiosity welcomed, guesses welcomed…
I’ll be keeping an eye on the field to see what else appears. 🌿✨
