One of my favourite Bach Flower Remedies is Walnut 🙌🏻

Dr Bach described Walnut as the remedy for times of transition and change. 💫

This is great for assisting with life’s changes!

Maybe your hormones feel different. Maybe your children are growing up. Maybe you’re moving house.?starting a new job.

Maybe you’re trying to change your eating habits, prioritise your health or simply create a life that feels more aligned with who you are now.

The challenge is that change isn’t always easy.
Even when we want it. ✨ I think we can all relate to that!

Part of us often wants to move forward whilst another part wants to stay exactly where it feels safe and familiar.

This is where Walnut comes in and why I love it.

It’s traditionally used to support people through periods of transition, helping them stay connected to their own path rather than being pulled in every direction by outside influences.

One of the things I love most about Bach Flower Remedies is their simplicity, but power!

Sometimes we don’t need fixing.

Sometimes we just need a little support whilst we’re growing into the next chapter of our lives.

✨🤍💫

Here are my thoughts on hay-fever season this year, especially as it’s in full swing! 🌸🌼🌻

Whilst I don’t think hydration is a complete cure, I definitely think it might be one of the most overlooked pieces of the puzzle.

When we’re dehydrated, the tissues that line our nose, eyes and airways can become drier and more irritated, which may make hayfever symptoms feel worse.

One thing I’ve been really surprised about this year is the fact that my hayfever has been much better than usual. I’m usually suffering majorly by now, this is the first time in probably about 15 years I haven’t suffered. There could be lots of reasons for that, but one thing that has remained consistent is that I’ve been making a conscious effort to stay hydrated. 💦

If you’re someone who struggles to drink enough water throughout the day, don’t forget that hydration doesn’t only come from your water bottle.

There are loads of fruits and veg, that are naturally rich in water and can contribute towards your overall fluid intake, especially during summer!

Obvs, drinking water is going to win everytime but swipe to see various fruits and veg with high water content. 👉🏼

Also head over to my Substack if you want to read my thoughts on this, why I don’t like antihistamines on the reg and what natural measures I prefer.

Lastly, have you noticed your allergies feel worse when you’re dehydrated? I’d love to know. 🤍

Clinic Conversations Episode 3 is now live 🎙️👆🏻 Link in my bio if you wanna have a little listen 🤍✨

This week’s conversation is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or like they’ve somehow lost touch with themselves. 😩

Something I’ve realised through my own experiences and through working with women in clinic is that stress doesn’t always look like rushing around or having too much to do.

Sometimes it looks like constantly holding everything together.

Sometimes it looks like not saying what you really need.

Sometimes it looks like carrying worries that nobody else can see.

In this episode, I talk about self-trust, starting again, finding small moments of calm, and why you’re allowed to choose a different path, even if you’ve been stuck in the same cycle for years. 🙌🏻

Just a little reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need to take the next step.

I’ve genuinely lost count of how many times I’ve heard:

“I don’t eat bananas because of the sugar, but I do drink Diet Coke and G&T’s at the weekend” 🤔

I think somewhere along the line our messaging has gone seriously wrong and fruit has become the thing we fear!

I hear it all the time!

If you wanna know more, I’ve shared more thoughts on this in this week’s Substack article. Click the link in my bio or stories if you’d like to read the full piece.

This week’s Clinic Conversations episode is probably the most personal one I’ve shared so far 🌿

I talk about how, when I was unwell, I slowly became so focused on everything that was “wrong” with me, that fear completely took over my mindset.

I actually think so many people quietly feel like this.

Episode two is now live, link in bio 🤍✨👆🏻 Hope you enjoy.

Something I see so often in clinic is how many women are just, pushing through. We can all be guilty of this!

Pushing through feeling exhausted, pushing through stress, pushing through feeling “not quite right.”

And I think sometimes we become so used to functioning in survival mode that we stop recognising when the body is asking us to slow down. And it can be really slow!!

Sometimes the signs are subtle: feeling anxious all the time, struggling to switch off, brain fog, poor sleep, hormone issues, digestive symptoms, feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Skin breakouts, twitching eyes and muscles, fatigue… the list goes on.

But I truly believe the body is always trying to tell you something. 🤍

This week on my first Clinic Conversations audio over on Substack, I touched on:

✨nervous system regulation
✨burnout
✨somatics
✨healing beyond food
✨and why you cannot out-supplement a stressed nervous system.

I was really nervous sharing something more personal and conversational like this but there is something important about it, just simple, everyday chat. The response has genuinely meant so much 🤍

So here I am getting my Raw Milk from our local farm.

Here’s what I’ve been thinking lately about raw milk… 🥛💭

Personally, I don’t drink much cow’s milk or dairy and luckily, I’ve never had sensitivities to it. But even if I did, based on what I’ve researched, I feel like raw milk is different because it’s full of natural enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and fat-soluble vitamins that are often reduced through pasteurisation.

So, I guess It’s as close to nature as it gets: fresh, creamy, and straight from the cow without all the extra processing. This one is from gorgeous Jersey cows 🐄 and was milked within 24 hours, so it feels fresh!

Nutritionally, raw milk still has its natural enzymes (which help with digestion), beneficial bacteria, and fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, and K2. A lot of these can get reduced when milk is heated and processed.

But I get it, it’s not for everyone. Some people are sceptical, which I do find interesting because we put so much trust in supermarket milk… even though it’s been through so many steps and processes before it even reaches our fridge. 🤔

I didn’t have a glass bottle with me when I picked it up, so I used one of their plastic ones and decanted it straight into a sanitised glass jar when I got home. I’ll let you know what I think✨

I’m curious, have you ever tried raw milk?

What did you think?

24/09/2025

So many clients tell me they feel lost in a cycle of bloating, headaches, skin flare up’s, mood swings, fatigue, or gut issues and often wonder: is it an allergy or an intolerance? 🤔

Here’s a quick breakdown:
⚡️ Food allergies = immune-driven and can be severe (sometimes even life-threatening).
🌿 Intolerances = usually down to digestive enzyme issues or chemicals in food (like histamine).

The symptoms might feel similar, but the difference is important. And when you know which you’re dealing with, it helps you get the right support and stop second-guessing every bite of food. 🙌🏻

This is exactly why I do the work I do, helping women test, track, and truly understand their bodies instead of guessing. Because who has time to do that! 😩
