Your phone might be listening… but I’m choosing to believe this is fate 😂👀

Because if becoming a tattoo artist is one of those things you keep thinking about, Googling, saving videos about and then talking yourself out of…

Maybe you don’t need another sign… maybe you just need to know what actually happens next 🤭

I share loads on here about training, kit, confidence, getting clients and what it really takes to build this into something of your own.

And if you’re thinking “okay but could I actually do this?”…

Go read my pinned comment 👇🏼 I’ve left something there for you 👀

Tell me you’re a tattoo artist without telling me you’re a tattoo artist 😂

Send this to the tattoo artist whose camera roll is basically a client portfolio at this point 📸

Thinking about becoming a tattoo artist? Read this first 👀

Most people jump straight to buying a machine and practising on fake skin.

That’s NOT where it starts.

1. You need proper foundations, not just a YouTube tutorial.
Anyone can trace. Depth, stretch, needle choice and healing are what make you an artist people trust. You can’t learn that on fake skin.

2. Fine line is a skill, and definitely not the easiest one to master.
It’s the least forgiving work there is. Outlines look easy but there’s no room to hide any mistakes.

3. Hygiene and licensing are not optional.
No registration, no insurance, no business. Knowing how to practice safely and legally should always be your priority.

4. Confidence comes from doing it on real skin, with support. Not from watching videos on your own at home and hoping for the best.
5. You need someone in your corner after day one.
The questions come when you’re on your own with a real client. That’s when having a mentor matters most.

You don’t need years in a studio to start, you need the right training, the right guidance and someone who actually answers the phone after your course…

That’s exactly what I do here at Petite Ink 👋🏼 I’ve trained over 140+ students 👌🏼

So if becoming a fine line tattoo artist has been sitting in the back of your mind for a while… I’ll see you over at 👀🤍

Your Sunday reminders ✌🏼

I spent years telling myself I’d do it when I felt ready. When I had more money, more confidence, more time and less fear.

But ready never just arrived.

I had to make the decision while I was scared and let the confidence come afterwards.

If there’s something you keep thinking about, maybe that thought isn’t going away for a reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

Send this to yourself for the next time you tell yourself “not yet” 🤍

Thinking about changing careers and becoming a fine line tattoo artist? Read this before you book any training 👀

I made the switch myself, so I know exactly how exciting and terrifying starting again can feel.

Before you invest in a course, here’s what you need to know:

1. You need proper foundations

Working permanently on someone’s skin is not something you can safely learn from YouTube. Depth, stretch, needle choice and healing all need to be taught properly.

Fine line might look simple, but it’s some of the least forgiving work there is. Every line matters, so patience and attention to detail are essential.

2. Hygiene and licensing are not optional

No registration, no insurance, no business. Learning how to work safely and legally should always come first if you want a long-term career in this industry.

3. The cheapest course could cost you more later

Check the reviews, look at previous students and study the educator’s own work. Choose someone who has already achieved what you want to achieve and can genuinely help you get there.

4. Support after your training matters

Most questions come when you’re working alone with a real client. That’s when having an educator you can actually contact makes a huge difference.

That’s exactly what I offer at Petite Ink 👋🏼

I’ve now helped over 140 students begin building completely new careers of their own.

You don’t need experience in beauty, tattooing or anything creative. What matters is your attitude, patience and commitment.

I’ll also be completely honest if I don’t believe this is the right path for you. I’m not here to sell training to everyone. I became an educator because I care about creating skilled, confident artists and maintaining high standards in this industry ✍🏼

Comment TRAINING and I’ll send you the full course information so we can have an honest chat about whether it’s right for you 🤍
