A 2025 clinical study involving women aged 45–55 found that just 8 weeks of Face Yoga led to improvements in facial muscle elasticity, reduced tension in common expression muscles, and strengthened key muscles that help support the cheeks and jawline.
Researchers observed that Face Yoga appeared to have a fascinating dual effect: relaxing overactive muscles while activating and strengthening others. In other words, it may help create a face that looks not only more lifted and sculpted, but also more relaxed and at ease.
No injections. No downtime. Just consistent practice and working with the muscles you already have.
The study was small, and more research is needed, but these findings add to the growing body of evidence supporting Face Yoga as a natural, holistic approach to healthy ageing.
The question is... if you exercise the rest of your body, why wouldn't you train the 50+ muscles of your face too? 💫
