🌟About the role🌟
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll step in to provide essential support when needed. You’ll be helping individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible, while promoting choice, confidence, and wellbeing.
A typical shift could include: You might start your day helping someone plan their meals for the day or get ready for an appointment, followed by a trip out for coffee, shopping, or an activity they enjoy, such as a day out or a trip to the cinema . Later, you could support with cooking a meal together, having a chat, socialising or helping someone develop new skills at home. Every shift is different—but each one is an opportunity to make someone’s day better while enjoying meaningful, real-life moments together.
