Northumberland Retreat ๐ฌ๐ง Day 4 - departure dayโฆ ๐ฅฒ
This morning began with a breathing exercise all about focusing on the pauses between breaths, led by Hannah. Then she took us through a series of fluid yet gentle stretches, and finally a guided meditation on Gratitude.
We shared one last lovely breakfast together, then once everybody had finished packing we enjoyed time outside on the sunny patio overlooking the garden and field.
After lunch we all gathered on the lawn as we had done on the first day, for a farewell circle, where everybody could reflect and collect on these past few unforgettable days.
As the time came to say our goodbyes, so many beautiful emotions surfaced, as they only would after such a magical and memorable Retreat ๐ข๐คฉ
