Here's my simple summer AM routine that i recommend to all our clients:

1. Cleanser — start fresh, especially after warm, sweaty nights
2. Antioxidant serum — helps protect against environmental stressors alongside your SPF
3. Moisturiser — lighter formulas tend to work better in summer; heavy creams can feel congesting on oily or combination skin
4. SPF — non-negotiable. Every. Single. Day. Even when it's cloudy in Heywood.
