🌿 A little local news to share…

I’m really pleased to say that my article on hearing health and nervous system wellbeing will be published in the Health & Wellbeing section of the Bucks Free Press this Friday (13 March).

The article talks about something many people don’t realise – how closely hearing, stress and the nervous system are connected, and how supporting both can improve overall wellbeing.

Over the past year I’ve had the privilege of supporting many local residents through my hearing clinics at Wrights Meadow Community Centre, and I also run nervous system regulation sessions there.
