Do you ever notice those little negative thoughts creeping in? 🐜
The ones that say:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I just got lucky.”
“I’m going to mess this up.”
Those are ANTs: Automatic Negative Thoughts.
And they tend to show up most when you’re already feeling stretched, stressed, or unsure.
The tricky thing? They feel true.
But when you pause… and really look at them… they often don’t stand up to much at all.
So instead of letting them run wild, try this:
✨ WELL
W: Watch your thoughts (notice them without jumping in)
E : Examine the evidence (is this fact or assumption?)
L: Let go / reframe (what’s a more balanced way to see this?)
L: Lean on support (say it out loud, get perspective)
And a gentle reminder:
You don’t get rid of these thoughts overnight. You just get better at spotting them… and choosing not to believe everything they say.
Because left unchecked… ANTs multiply.
