Join us on Friday for Mabon 🍁✨

We have just a few spaces remaining for our Autumn Equinox gathering.

As the Wheel turns & we begin to gently move inwards, we’ll allow the body to speak the language of Mabon through gentle, grounding & gathering movements - connecting with what we have grown, what we have gathered & what we’re ready to release 🍂

A guided meditation will then invite us deeper into the energy of the Equinox, followed by sound to help us settle, soften & immerse in the experience ✨

We’ve collectively held space for over 40 beautiful souls this month through The Medicine Within & our hearts are full of gratitude.

Join us for an evening honouring all that has quietly grown within us this year. Through a gentle self-gratitude practice, meditation & sound, we’ll take time to pause, reflect & acknowledge our own inner harvest.

As the Solstice gently settles behind us, the intentions from our Bleadon gathering have now been returned to the land of Bleadon, held within the energies of the full moon 🌱🌕

During our Solstice gathering earlier this month, each person was invited to call in a single word - an energy, quality or intention they wished to awaken & strengthen within themselves between this Solstice & the next.

These words were offered to the flame, allowing the fire to transform, alchemise & carry their intentions into a new form.

Today, at the height of the sun’s journey, we returned these offerings to the Earth - honouring the land that holds us, supports us & where we are blessed to gather.

As ashes return to the soil, may these words continue their journey… becoming nourishment, growth & remembrance.

May the energies called forward be mirrored back through you & through the beautiful Earth beneath our feet 🌱

Beautiful evening celebrating Litha - Summer Solstice 🌻✨

Without giving the magic away… the evening was filled from offerings to the Fire of Creation to embodying the practice with meditation & sound.

It’s always a powerful ceremony working with Fire energy 🔥 & everyone left full of creative intention.

Thank you to Wild Heart Yoga for the fruitful & beautiful solar infused tonic to finish 🍓🍹
