‼️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ ‼️
I’m making a few changes to my booking policy which may affect you.

✒️📜 BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY 🗓️✒️

Going forward, I’m having to introduce a deposit policy for all appointments, meaning a deposit will now be required to secure your booking.

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, along with the studio getting busier, I need to put this in place to protect appointment slots and keep everything running as smoothly as possible for everyone. 🤍

IF YOU’RE ALREADY BOOKED IN:
You will have 14 days from today to secure your existing appointment with a deposit. I’ll also be messaging everyone with upcoming bookings over the next few days to get these sorted via bank.

Unfortunately, after the 14 days, any appointments that haven’t been secured with a deposit may need to be released.

FOR ALL NEW BOOKINGS:
A deposit will need to be paid before your appointment can be confirmed and booked into the diary. Just give me a message and we can arrange this via bank transfer.

💷 Deposits start from £50 and will be deducted from the final cost of your appointment. Larger appointments or longer sessions may require a higher deposit.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
Deposits are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to a new appointment once, providing at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will unfortunately result in the deposit being lost, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive 15 minutes late without letting me know beforehand, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be lost.

For deposit/payment details, please message me directly and I’ll get everything sorted with you.

I’m sorry to have to introduce this change, but with the studio growing and the number of last-minute cancellations increasing, it’s something I need to put in place going forward.

I honestly can’t believe I’m finally able to say that! 🥹💗

A massive thank you to Dermoda Tattoo & Piercing Studio and to every single person there who has supported, encouraged and welcomed me along the way. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such lovely and talented people. 🫶🏼
