A gentle reminder..

After 3 no-shows in the last couple of days (which is rare for my lovely clients) I just wanted to pop a little note out.

As much as I completely understand that life is busy and things crop up, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations do have a big impact on a small business like mine.

With a full diary and limited availability, that appointment time could have been offered to another client who is waiting.
