September is here, and with it comes the beautiful shift into autumn. 🍂

The evenings begin to draw in, the leaves start to turn, and nature invites us to slow down, gather what we can, and prepare for the quieter season ahead.

And we’re so excited to welcome you to our Autumn Equinox Wild Gathering on Sunday 20th September. 🌿🔥

A day to step away from the busy pace of everyday life and spend time outdoors, connecting with the season, plants and each other.

There is something special about slowing down in summer.

The garden is full of late summer colour, the treatment cabin is tucked away in a peaceful corner, and it’s a space to simply pause, breathe and leave the outside world behind.

Throughout August, I’m opening a handful of Monday appointments for those looking to rest, restore and reconnect.

Book any treatment of 60 minutes or longer on one of these Mondays and enjoy a complimentary seasonal botanical tea in the garden after your treatment, weather permitting.

A new weekly plant-based enrichment group at Basecamp Education, Hinckley.

Created for children and young people who learn outside a traditional classroom, Herbal Explorers brings together nature, creativity and practical herbal knowledge in a welcoming, hands-on environment.

Together we’ll explore the wonderful world of plants through curiosity, creativity and seasonal learning.

Sessions may include:

• Plant identification
• Herbal teas and simple remedies
• Nature crafts and botanical art
• Growing herbs
• Seasonal projects
• Plant folklore and storytelling
• Nature journalling
• Exploring the natural world through plants

What a brilliant morning at Hastings High School as part of their Wellbeing Festival.

We spent the morning exploring herbalism and aromatherapy while creating our own natural wellbeing products.

Together we made:

🤍 Aromatherapy Body Moisturisers

It was a lovely, creative morning and everyone went home with four handmade products to enjoy.

A huge thank you to Hastings High School for inviting Sulis Botanica along. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning and hope everyone enjoys using their handmade creations at home. 💚

Love this. I suspect plenty of the Reform ‘Restore Britain’ crowd were cheering England on tonight in the pub while supporting policies that would reject or deport the very families whose children now wear the Three Lions. The hypocrisy is hard to miss.🤷
