A Pathway to Healing**
In my practice, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a powerful technique that alleviates the distress associated with traumatic memories.
Originally developed to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), EMDR follows a structured approach that enables my clients to process and integrate their traumatic experiences effectively.
As I guide clients through specific eye movements while they recall distressing memories, we work together to reprocess those memories, ultimately reducing their emotional charge.
I've seen firsthand how this therapeutic method has gained recognition for its effectiveness in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, stress addiction and various other emotional disturbances.

This morning before I moved into the day I looked out of my bedroom windows… the round window was streaming in bright rays of sunshine, the middle window was dull overcast and grey, the third window was blue skies and fluffy clouds.
I was looking at the same day, I had a choice of how I was going to move into that day. I focused on one window,
I added thoughts of gratitude to that window and smiled.
Look for the best in every snap shot of your day. Remain optimistic and upbeat ☀️
