Who’s excited for this month’s Gleberry trips!🥳

First up, we're heading to the charming Farm House Inn on the 4th for some delicious food and great company! 🐄
Then, on the 11th, prepare for a mouth-watering experience at the Longshoot get ready for all your roast dinner favorites! 🍖
And to round off the month, we'll be exploring the beautiful Palmers Garden Centre on the 25th, what a perfect way to end the month 🌷

The worst is over!🥳
Even with lowering temperatures, it's still vital we all look after ourselves and those around us, especially our elderly & vulnerable. Here are a couple quick tips to stay cool:

•💧Drink plenty of fluids – water, squash, juice. Sip regularly!
•👕 Wear light, loose clothing.
• 🚿 Cool down with baths, showers, or damp cloths.
• 🤝 Check on neighbours & loved ones.

Know the signs of heatstroke. If unwell, seek advice or call NHS 111.
