I may look like I’ve been on a sesh but I really haven’t 🤣.
It’s all fun & games throwing weight around in the gym BUT cardio is no joke!! Unfortunately mine has slipped lately, however I’ve decided to at least try and get back in to running 🏃🏻 I very much have a love hate relationship with running, I think it’s mainly because it makes me feel uncomfortable, however I really do want to change my mindset, I’ve done it before I’ll do it again, so this was me starting with a little 🤏 3km at 5am.
Little steps lead to big wins !!! 💃💃👊🏻👊🏻🤍

These sessions have to be the fav part of my training week, in total honesty today was one of those “days” feeling a bit 🤏 meh 😒, it happens that’s just life, however, i can’t stress enough that that after feeling is next level 📈 thank you 🙏🏻 mills for making my day ❤️

So January is done, finito ☑️ those 246373 days we thought we had all gone 🤣. Pretty happy with my progress, trained a lot more , loving be back at boxing 🥊 showing me the way 👌💪🏼👏🏻. Covered & taken part in some excellent classes . Still working on my nutrition, that’s the hardest part for me. We can all show up & “play gym” that’s the fun part, but the behind the scenes is where it really matters HOWEVER my work trousers are a little 🤏 more fitting so I’m happy with that 😃. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

We keep going. We keep moving. We keep believing

But most of all we keep smiling 🙂
