One of the best decisions I ever made was becoming a self-employed Slimming World Consultant ❤️. People often ask me what I love most about the role, and honestly, it's hard to choose.

I love the flexibility of running my own business around my life, the friendships I've made and, most of all, seeing members grow in confidence and achieve things they never thought possible.

❤️ SEPTEMBER RESET? ❤️

If you are one of my current members, you have probably just had a message from me about our reset session today. 😊

What if it has been a little while since you took your seat in group?

Maybe summer happened. Holidays happened. Life got busy. One missed week became a few. Or perhaps, like me after my holiday 😂, you are feeling a little rounder and thinking right... time to get back to me.

September has always had that lovely fresh-start feeling about it. 🍂✨

So if you have been thinking about coming back, you do not need to wait until you have “got back on track” first. Come back exactly as you are.

Take your seat. Reset. Refocus. Decide what you want next. Then leave with a strong plan for the week ahead. ❤️

Holiday over. A few pounds heavier. A little sluggish. Very well rested. ❤️
Looking back at our first cruise together, I could find one photo of me. One. I was clearly very good at avoiding the camera.
This holiday? Quite the opposite.
That is the difference losing weight made for me. Not just a smaller body. A bigger life.
I show up. I join in. I dress up. I get in the photos. I experience things differently.
Right now, I am ready to lose those holiday pounds before they become Christmas pounds. 😂
If you have come home feeling the same, let us nip them in the bud together.
So when Christmas arrives and it is time to dress up and feel fabulous, we are ready.

Trust matters.
When you are deciding to lose weight, you are trusting someone with something that can feel incredibly personal.
So perhaps it helps to know that Slimming World has more than 55 years of experience, a plan that works, and Consultants who understand that successful weight loss is about far more than what is on your plate.
I am incredibly proud of the awards and recognition I have received over the years, including being a Group of the Year nominee for 2026. But what matters most to me is what sits behind them – members changing their lives, week after week.
Perhaps you have tried before. Perhaps you have even tried Slimming World before.
Maybe last time was just not the right time.
Let us make sure this time is. ❤️
